We started Exactly to solve experiential and storytelling challenges for clients ranging from cultural institutions to consumer brands. Audiences don't want to be talked at anymore, they want to be a part of the conversation. Everything Exactly does is intended to start, and continue genuine, memorable communications, digitally and in real life, between our clients and their intended consumers.
We are proudly female owned, with over 30 years of collective professional experience across our leadership team. We have shaped cultural landscapes in major markets, helped launch and rebrand new and legacy brands, and led award-winning international creative teams on innovative, content-driven, cross-platform projects. Our leadership team
Svetlana is the Founder and CEO of Exactly and sister company BYT Media. A former architect, Svetlana has helmed BYT Media since 2006, growing it into the "locus of Washington’s new-cool art and music scene" according to The New York Times. GQ magazine named Legetic "one of 50 most powerful people in DC".
As Chief Creative Officer Diya brings more than fifteen years of global creative industry leadership, marketing expertise, and executive management experience to her role with Exactly. Previously, Diya has held leadership roles at Vogue Arabia, DDB, Mullen LOWE, BBDO and Y&R and has won several industry awards for her work.
Marissa Rubenstein, our Events & Experiential Director, specializes in directing high impact events and experiences, from inception to execution, for legacy institutional clients such as National Geographic, and Smithsonian as well as lifestyle brands like Hilton, Lululemon, and Heineken. Before joining BYT Media and Exactly, Marissa cut her event teeth while working with XGames, BarkBox, and The Coca-Cola Company college programs.
